Sorrentine Peninsula (denomination of protected origin) produced exclusively with the best olives “Ogliarola” and “Minucciola” of the Sorrentina Peninsula. Each step of the production of the oil is controlled by an unit of control specialized for it, l’Is.Mr.Cert. (Meridional Istitute of certification). This oil of green colour with some yellow reflects, remember the perfume and aroma of the typical local plants of the Sorrento Coast as mint, rosemary and lemon. The grade of acidity is max. 0,7g\%.
