A sweet with a delicate and delectable taste, it has pride of place in Perbellini's range of confectionery, and is produced exclusively by them. It was created by Giovanni Battista Perbellini, who in 1891 modified the classic recipe for "Nadalin" (an ancient sweet from Verona) enriching it with butter and making it much softer. Still today only the best ingredients are used and, to appreciate the refined aroma, we recommend you eat the Offella while it is very fresh. Production begins in October and continues into the spring, but is limited to the requests received. Finally, taste and wholesomeness are hand packed in original packaging which makes Offella a pleasant and appealing gift for every occasion.
