*Bitter Orange Marmelade* They are high in fruit percentuage, from 70gr to 95gr for 100gr of product (quite over the minimum of 45gr required by the law for the Extra Preserve); without any added pectin and with cane sugar from Barbados and Mauritius Islands. The fruits used is first quality, picked at its right degree of ripening. For our Bitter Orange Marmelade we use "Pernanbuco" variety that gives fruit without pips and bitter orange peel from Curacao.
