We will contact you to tell you the exact weight at moment of shipment and total charges, a whole prosciutto with bone has an average weight of 18-24 lbs, a whole deboned prosciutto has an average weight of 15-20 lbs, or you can choose prosciutto by pieces, they usally weight about 4 lbs each.
For your information this product is subjected to natural weight loss, that should not exceed 2% of original weight at time of shipment.
We guarantee the quality and if the product does not satisfy your needs and you want to ship back, it will be at your expenses and the product has to be in the same conditions we shipped it, which means you did not cut or damaged it in any way.
