Tagliatelle with truffles

| Tagliatelle noodles with truffles imported directly from Alba, the worldwide known area for truffles.
Noodles are made with durum wheat semolina, eggs, black truffles, natural truffles flavour.
Cooking instructions: boil the noodles in a pot with 2lt of salted water for about 8-9 minutes.
While you wait for the pasta to coock, warm up in a pan 3oz of butter until it melts.
As soon as the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it in the pan with the melted butter, add two spoons of the water of the noodles and mix it . Add grated Parmigiano Reggiano as you like it and...buon appetito! |
