This is a pure hazelnut paste, not a sweetened hazelnut spread. Pariani uses the Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut variety grown in Piedmont's Cuneo area and protected by the IGP designation.
For Pastry, Gelato & Chocolate
Use the paste to bring concentrated hazelnut flavor to gelato, semifreddo, mousse, panna cotta, cheesecake and other desserts. It can also be incorporated into ganache, chocolate preparations, homemade spreads, sauces and fillings.
